We have been using North Tarrant Heat and Air for the past several years. Today, Benjamin arrived right on time to complete our spring tune-up. He is very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. These guys are first rate. They arrive on time, are knowledgeable and professional. They stand behind their work. Many months after they installed a new A/C system, the furnace exhaust pipe going through the roof needed realignment because it had shifted. They showed up, fixed it in a matter of minutes for no charge, and went on their way. They are the only company I trust for all my HVAC needs.

Avery arrived at the scheduled service request location on time. He listened patiently as I showed photos of our problem, and he checked our air conditioning unit to discover a Freon leak in the attic. He then checked the outside unit to determine the best solution to get us back in the cool! After his review, he offered three solutions to resolve unit freezing. Pleased with his offerings, we decided to replace our aged system based on his onsite recommendations and estimates. Bryan Kelly, who was very professional, started and stayed with the project until complete, incredible at troubleshooting, very knowledgeable, answered every question with honesty and integrity. Justyn Humphrey was also very professional and proved to be very competent in installing a new compressor. The installation was very clean and neat. The system is working as promised. I specifically asked for a maintenance package, there was no upselling. Looking forward to the maintenance visits.

Thank you all so much! We have never experienced such a professional, kind, and knowledgeable company such as North Tarrant. The whole team was wonderful from start to finish. We had been researching for the past year and had several companies out to our home to give us quotes; by far North Tarrant surpassed them all. Everything was explained to us in detail and in a language we could understand. No gimmicks, no sales tactics, no pressure. Between Brett and Omar, our system was installed in a day and a half. They explained the time frame and met it each day they were at our home to do major duct work and replace two outside units. They stood by their word and followed through every step of the way. We are so happy with the end product and can, without hesitation, recommend North Tarrant to anyone who is debating on which A/C company to go with. The work speaks for itself! They were clean, covered all working areas to protect from damage, vacuumed all areas upon leaving each day, and left both our attics in better condition than when they arrived. We are beyond pleased!

North Tarrant Heat & Air and Chris Brown have taken care of my AC/HVAC needs for several years, and I would NEVER use anyone else. When I decided it was time to purchase a new unit, not only was the price more than competitive for my new TRANE, but you would never know they had been in the attic or the garage at all on install day! Everything was spotless when they left. They were so professional and respectful of both me and my home, which is something you just don't see much anymore. I can't say enough good things about North Tarrant Heat & Air. Call these guys. I promise, you will not regret it.

We have been using North Tarrant Heat & Air for a number of years now. Just recently, multiple power surges derailed both AC units. From the initial service call with Avery W. to the system evaluation with Brett S. to the system installation team headed up by Omar, things could not have gone any better. Everything went so quickly, with great attention to detail (meticulous). Enjoyed an in-person follow-up with Brett the day after the installation was complete. If we need to replace the other unit someday, without hesitation, I will call on North Tarrant Heat & Air.

This company is amazing!!! I was blown away by their service. The positive reviews are true. They worked with me to repair my AC unit while other companies only pushed a new unit. The employees were professionals and very knowledgeable. They recommended a contractor to fix my ladder to my attic and the contractor was amazing as well. The ladder installation was completed within hours, and the workmanship is stellar. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager at NTHA, and I was impressed with the way he cares for his employees and customers. I appreciate how quick you guys were on replacing my evaporative coil. The coil was leaking and I had another company charge it. The other company said they would contact me for pricing and install. They never called or sent a quote. North Tarrant came out the same day I called and installed the following day. The other company contacted me days later with a quote that was double your price. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. We worked with Bryan Kelly, and he was the first technician that I’ve worked with that spoke to my intelligence but simplified HVAC systems. He didn’t throw a bunch of technical jargon at me, was patient, and kind. Kelly spent two hours evaluating our HVAC system, explaining the pros and cons of every brand, breaking down the difference between the different SEERs, and answered all my questions about manufacturer rebates to find us the best possible solution. Kelly and his team went above and beyond to clean our vents, tear out and rebuild our utility closet, install a new unit and UV lights. Omar was the lead installer and took such pride and care in his work. His team cleaned as they went. I’m so impressed and grateful. 100% recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends.

He also found the float switch was missing and replaced that. Finally, he found problems left by another company’s installation and fixed them.
