The ladder installation was completed within hours, and the workmanship is stellar. My heat died yesterday just before the "biggest winter storm ever" forecast. I was in a panic when I called North Tarrant Heating, who sent a tech over right away. Our circuit breaker had a problem, so I had to get an electrician to fix that first before they could work on the AC problem. Today, Tech Justyn was prompt, professional, and respectful. He fixed the problem in no time and gave me some helpful tips on proper maintenance of my AC unit and thermostat. He even helped change my air filter for me, which can affect how the AC runs. Best of all, I didn't have to pay another call-out fee, as they didn't count it as two visits. It was my first time using this company, and I will be a forever customer because they are professional, honest, and fair in their pricing. Thank you!

We had an issue with water leaking out of the overflow on our AC unit. North Tarrant Heat & Air came out and cleared the line by blowing air back through the system. They covered up the drain in one of our sinks inside the house prior to blowing air. I asked the tech, "What could we do to prevent this from happening?" He recommended pouring 1/2 cup of either vinegar or bleach into the overflow line every 2 months. They also did the fall system maintenance while they were here. We have used North Tarrant Heat & Air for 3 years now, and they are always professional and have some very nice and polite techs.

We keep using North Tarrant Heat & Air to check out our heat pump in the spring and fall, and they keep sending the most qualified and polite techs. It is very refreshing to interact with them and to hear that our system is running well. I highly recommend North Tarrant Heat & Air if you are looking for an AC/heating company to check/repair your unit.

Our AC went out last night. We called North Tarrant Heat & Air and told them we have no AC. They sent out a tech in less than an hour on Labor Day. They will have to order a blower motor for the attic unit and will install tomorrow. Excellent service!

Wow, very pleasant experience with North Tarrant Heat & Air. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but their $99 service call fee was reasonable and their customer service was great. From easy next-day booking, text appointment confirmations, updates on the tech’s ETA, and the tech Benjamin was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
We decided to repair his diagnosis ourselves this time since we’re comfortable with this particular repair and the parts/labor price was 3–4x the part price, which is a bit pricey, but if anything else comes up I think they’d be worth the $$. I’d definitely call them again and ask for the same tech.
