So, Trey came out today and was on time… actually, a little early. I'm a new customer and just wanted a seasonal tune-up. He was here for almost three hours and, when he finished up, he sat down with me for about 30 minutes or so and explained, in depth, all he did and found. Now, I’m no HVAC tech, but I know my way around a dumpster and appreciate that he didn’t try to blow smoke up my arse or put a shine on me. His company seems kind of expensive, but I don’t mind paying a little extra to get better results, so let’s see how they do with the next job I’ve hired them on… stay tuned.

Grady Was Fantastic!
Our home had an issue with our fan only turning on when the AC was running but not independently after the AC turned off. We reached out to North Tarrant Heating & AC, and they sent a technician, Grady, out the next day. Grady was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the root cause of the issue and clearly explained how he was going to fix it. In about an hour, he had the unit running smoothly. After he finished the repair, he also took the extra time to walk us through a few options we had to increase air flow in the future. Overall, great customer service and knowledgeable team members. I would 100% recommend.
