This company is amazing!!! I was blown away by their service. The positive reviews are true. They worked with me to repair my AC unit while other companies only pushed a new unit. The employees were professionals and very knowledgeable. They recommended a contractor to fix my ladder to my attic and the contractor was amazing as well. The ladder installation was completed within hours, and the workmanship is stellar. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager at NTHA, and I was impressed with the way he cares for his employees and customers. From here on, I will only deal with North Tarrant Heat & Air for my unit. Thank you for your wonderful service!!

I appreciate how quick you guys were on replacing my evaporative coil. The coil was leaking and I had another company charge it. The other company said they would contact me for pricing and install. They never called or sent a quote. North Tarrant came out the same day I called and installed the following day. The other company contacted me days later with a quote that was double your price. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. We worked with Bryan Kelly, and he was the first technician that I’ve worked with that spoke to my intelligence but simplified HVAC systems. He didn’t throw a bunch of technical jargon at me, was patient, and kind. Kelly spent two hours evaluating our HVAC system, explaining the pros and cons of every brand, breaking down the difference between the different SEERs, and answered all my questions about manufacturer rebates to find us the best possible solution. Kelly and his team went above and beyond to clean our vents, tear out and rebuild our utility closet, install a new unit and UV lights. Omar was the lead installer and took such pride and care in his work. His team cleaned as they went. I’m so impressed and grateful. 100% recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends.

My heat died yesterday just before the "biggest winter storm ever" forecast. I was in a panic when I called North Tarrant Heating, who sent a tech over right away. Our circuit breaker had a problem, so I had to get an electrician to fix that first before they could work on the AC problem. Today, Tech Justyn was prompt, professional, and respectful. He fixed the problem in no time and gave me some helpful tips on proper maintenance of my AC unit and thermostat. He even helped change my air filter for me, which can affect how the AC runs. Best of all, I didn't have to pay another call-out fee, as they didn't count it as two visits. It was my first time using this company, and I will be a forever customer because they are professional, honest, and fair in their pricing. Thank you!

We've had a heating issue upstairs for a few weeks and called in another company. They told us to completely replace the zone dampener for $1,600. Instead, we called this company and thank God we did! The technician arrives and concludes that the motor is broken. He replaces it quickly, and that completely fixed the issue! He charged a fair price, $450, for the service and the motor. Justyn did a great job, and the rest of them are pretty friendly too, so I'm glad we found them. Couldn't ask for a better service, 5 stars!
