The employees were professionals and very knowledgeable. They recommended a contractor to fix my ladder to my attic and the contractor was amazing as well. The ladder installation was completed within hours, and the workmanship is stellar. My heat died yesterday just before the "biggest winter storm ever" forecast. I was in a panic when I called North Tarrant Heating, who sent a tech over right away. Our circuit breaker had a problem, so I had to get an electrician to fix that first before they could work on the AC problem. Today, Tech Justyn was prompt, professional, and respectful. He fixed the problem in no time and gave me some helpful tips on proper maintenance of my AC unit and thermostat. He even helped change my air filter for me, which can affect how the AC runs. Best of all, I didn't have to pay another call-out fee, as they didn't count it as two visits.
